THE WORKOUT
I don’t believe that you have to be better than everyone else. I believe that you have to be better than you ever thought you could be.
Each Program includes 2, 60-minute sessions per week and lasts 4 weeks.

Cardio…
but not just any cardio. HIIT is designed to push your limits for maximum calorie burn and metabolic boost.
Strength Training…
nothing feels better than strong! We’ll rock through total body strength training circuits to build muscle and improve strength.

Progressively challenge your core to build strength, improve stability and stamina and improve overall fitness and health.
Fit Fam…
because no one enjoys doing burpees alone. We’re in it, every last push up, and every last squat, to the very end TOGETHER.

Before Class Starts…
Keep an eye out on your inbox for your Welcome Packet. The Welcome Packet contains great resources to get you started and help you make the most out of the next 4 weeks.
Before your 1st class, let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Send me an email – I’m around! Be sure to show up for your first online class with a mat, a water bottle, a towel (boot camp, remember?), and weights, if you have them. I’ll send you a message if you need any other equipment.
I also recommend testing out your ZOOM app before hand. It can be finicky if you’ve never set it up before.
Also – fuel up! This is not a class for the empty stomached. Make sure to eat a meal 2-3 hours before class starts, or a protein and carb-rich snack if you’re eating within the hour before we get going.
