Hi, I’m Julia! 

I’m a fitness and nutrition coach helping women build their strongest, healthiest and most confident selves. My mission is to provide the real life strategies women need to tackle their most challenging obstacles and reach their biggest goals.

That last piece is really important to me.

You don’t need another DIY exercise program.
You don’t need a complicated meal and macro plan. 

You need accountability to make the exercise and meal plan happen.
You need support when life gets crazy and you have questions.
You need to know that you’re on track…and that when you’re off track, you have what it takes to get it all back together.

As women, we face challenges. We have unique needs and goals and motivators.

That’s a critical realization because
there’s power in that.

Power that you already have.

My goal is to help you find that power, build a stronger body and find a healthy lifestyle that gives you confidence and happiness in everyday real life.

Honestly, I’m ridiculously passionate about what I do.

One of my clients calls me her “fitness therapist” and honestly, I’m into it! I want to make sure you have everything you need – every tool, every piece of knowledge, every ounce of support that you need to CRUSH you goals.

  • Trading in the “diet rule book” (you know the one filled with restrictions and food guilt?) for awareness and empowerment. You’re going to learn the strategies and get all of the tools needed to feel in control and satisfied.
  • Creating a system – a surefire, no guesswork needed kind of plan that finally helps you realize what people mean when they say “it’s a lifestyle”.  I want you to LOVE the journey.

I’m going to hold you accountable, and teach you how to be accountable to yourself.
I’m going to support you and make sure that you know you’ve got this every step of the way.

I know what it feels like to want something so badly that you can taste it, but feel so far from reaching it.

In 2007, everything I thought I knew about myself changed.

I was diagnosed with an eating disorder. I moved out of my dorm room and into my childhood bedroom. I cried. A lot.

I felt so lost. And so alone. And SO FRUSTRATED. I remember thinking “I’m smarter than this. This isn’t me”. 

I knew what was happening to my body. I knew what I had to do to fix it. I didn’t WANT to be struggling so hard.

But I had to struggle for a bit. I had to slog through the trenches before I realized that KNOWING what I had to do was not that same as COMMITING TO DOING IT. That’s where my recovery started. That’s where my passion was born.

Getting healthy isn’t about knowing what exercises to do or what foods to eat or not eat.

Getting healthy is about letting go of the mindsets and hesitancies that just aren’t serving you anymore.

Getting healthy is about realizing what your goals are and what they mean to YOU (not social media, not the fitness industry, not your family and friends).

Getting healthy is about a need for change that far outweighs the fears holding you back.

Getting healthy is about TAKING ACTION.

So at the end of the day, that’s what this is about for me.

Taking big GOALS, mixing in some ACTION and creating CHANGE.

What’s your why? We all have those “shoot from the hip” goals. Those aesthetic changes we’d love to make (and they’re totally valid). But dig deeper. What’s the bigger reason why you want to make a change – the one that you want so made it makes you nervous?

Who is your Best Self? Close your eyes and imagine your Future Best Self. Who is she? What can she do? How does she feel. What is she capable of?

What’s holding you back? What are the biggest challenges that stand between you, and that Best Self Future?
