Every time somebody asks me for an idea of what to get me for Christmas, I find myself scrolling through everything I’ve saved on my phone – looking for ideas. It might not surprise you that half of what I save is fitness related!
Maybe you are looking for a gift to give to your friend, sister, mom or mentor who is super into fitness. Or maybe you’re looking for a little Christmas gift for yourself =)
So I’m scrolling through my own saves and lists to give you an idea for the perfect gift for any of the fitness-fanatic ladies in your life!
I’ll keep everything under $100, and most under $50!
I’m obsessed with Nike. The products are high-quality and fashionable. This Nike Brasilia bag (I’ve been looking for a new gym bag for months), is cute, just the right size and is a great price! Speaking of bags, I’m a huge fan of meal prep and with the New Year right around the corner you probably have some friends and family who are looking to reset their eating habits in January. Fit and Fresh is a great place to find insulated bags (and containers to fill them) for a great price. You can even get 20% off your entire order using this link >> 20% off using code FIT20!
Have you ever used a Commit30 Journal? I bought my first journal a few months ago and it’s been a game changer. Every journal is set up with prompts and gentle pushes to set some personal goals, track your progress and make plans to be your best self. I 100% recommend this as a fitness gift.
If you know me or follow me anywhere on social media, you know I’m obsessed with water. Best kept secret (not really), of the fitness world: staying hydrated is SO important to getting fit and staying healthy! Which leads me to…the Hydroflask. I love my Hydro Flask**also great for keeping margartias cold on the beach** and I’d give it to anyone and everyone I love! This 32oz bottle clocks in at under $50! Which is nuts because they used to be so expensive. And really, can you resist the mint color?
Here is a quick list of some of my smaller, stocking-stuffer favs:
- Love a fitness chick who travels a lot? Resistance Bands are a serious life saver for any babe who wants to get in a workout but doesn’t have access to a fully equipped gym.
- Nothing says “BFF” like a Sloth Tea Infuser. He’s too cute to resist.
- I’m a HUGE fan of high-waisted leggings. Remember the day of low-rise jeans? How did we do that?
- Don’t forget about your girls mental health! No one needs a stressed out babe meeting you for drinks after a long day at work. Hand Therapy stress ball to the rescue. Woo saaaah
- So this might not fit into a stocking but it’s a great little gift for a fitness fan! Foam rollers save muscles and workout plans, so…save one for your friend and grab this mini Triggerpoint roller!
Side note:
If you didn’t notice, about half way down the page I have a link to sign up from a new Challenge I’m launching in 2019. The 12 month Best Self Challenge is completely free and I’m ridiculously excited about it.
The gist (because I know you’re here to shop, not to get things for free):
- 12 months
- 12 challenges
- 48 weeks of support, tools, strategies and accountability to make 2019 YOUR YEAR.
