There are two things that I’ve learned over my years of training:
One, is that there is a deep connection between getting fit and healthy, and feeling confident and powerful in your body.
Two, is that most of us want to feel like we are a part of something – part of a tribe, a community, a group that cares.
You deserve to feel both of those things.
Small group training is for you if:
-
You’re ready to build a body and lifestyle that makes you feel energized and confident.
-
You want expert guidance and support, and someone to hold you accountable to your goals.
-
You’ve got a small group of friends/family/workout buddies that are ready to get after their goals, too.
Online training bonus: you don’t need to live in the same town, state or even the same country as your workout buddies! Everyone works out when and where it works for them, and can still meet back in the group to celebrate the wins.
MOTIVATION
ACCOUNTABILITY
FUN
95% of people who start a weight loss program with friends complete the program.
There is a level of camaraderie and commitment to group training that no other kind of training has. There’s a significant impact in effectiveness and longevity as a result.
-
Transformation road map: breaking down your long-term goals into step-by-step targets (yes, for everyone!).
-
Exercise programming and progression plan to trigger growth and get you results that you can see and feel. Every program is different but you can expect a large variety of workouts ranging from strength training to cardiovascular workouts, mobility and muscular balance work to HIIT, and 10-minute focus sessions to do-it-anywhere body weight workouts.
-
Habit-based nutrition coaching: no restriction, no complicated eating rules. Just an effective, real life approach to eating well, fueling your body and supporting your needs.
-
Accountability check-ins: bi-weekly group calls, daily group chats and recpas to keep everyone on track, in the know and excited.
“I feel great! My pants are already fitting better and
I’m already feeling stronger. Love how you change up the workouts –
it keeps it interesting and exciting.”
Rachel S.
“When I started the program I felt seriously fatigues all the time, it’s crazy to feel the change in energy levels as my diet has shifted.”
Tea S.
YOUR QUESTIONS, ANSWERED
How is this different than a personal coaching program?
The only difference between a personal coaching program and this one is the number of people you have cheering you on and keeping you on your toes. You get the same attention to detail, the same expert training and progressing, the same check ins and lessons. All that at a lower per person rate.
What if I don’t want/have a gym membership?
No problem! One of the benefits of online training is the adaptability to your resources and lifestyle. I work with individuals that travel, have tight schedules or simply do not want to or can’t get to a commercial fitness center. While gym memberships are very helpful in adding variety to your program by way of providing a wide range of equipment options, it is not necessary to see a degree of fitness success. Each program is based on what you have available. For clients with home gyms, I will build the program with all of your equipment in mind. I do encourage clients to make modest investments in resistance bands, stability balls or other apparatus that will add benefits to and accelerate reaching your potential.
What if I travel a lot?
Online training is ideal for people who travel frequently. I can develop full bodyweight programs or build based on equipment you have available. The same accountability, workout tracking and coaching is all mobile and travels with you. Basically, I will be there to guide and motivate even if you are out of the country or on the move.
What if I want/need a 1-on-1 personal training session?
I offer the option to purchase 1-on-1 PT sessions to supplement your online program.
How long until I see results?
We all want to see results as fast as possible. Unfortunately the fitness industry and social media has pushed the idea that immediate, permanent results are a reality. The truth? Results depend on several factors including genetic disposition, physiological adaptation to prescribed exercises, effort applied to each workout, consistency, proper caloric ratio and intake, nutritional quality and variety. Generally speaking if fat loss is your goal, a 1-2 pound decrease in body weight is considered safe (aka not requiring unhealthy restriction, water loss, etc.).
What certifications/qualifications do you have?
I earned my first personal training certificate in 2015 and have been training ever since. I am a NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Precision Nutrition Certified Coach, as well as a Certified Women’s Coaching Specialist through Girl’s Gone Strong. I have certified specializations in Women’s Fitness, Bodybuilding, Weight Loss and Group Training.
