Fitness and health are super personal. No two people, no two goals and no two schedules are the same! Which means that no two programs should be the same. You won’t find any cookie cutter programs here. Your program is created for you, and you only. The way it should be.
Here is what YOUR Online Fitness Coaching program will include:
- 30-minute strategy session/movement assessment (may be 2 different sessions).
- Custom cardio and strength training program design – all the workouts you need.
- Custom nutrition plan design – diet and nutrition guidance to support your goals.
- Bi-Weekly phone or Zoom check-ins; movement assessments as needed.
- Progress tracking.
- In app messaging.
- Weekly support/affirmations and guidance – includes, recap, overview and feedback.
- Personalized macro/portion plan with daily tracking and accountability.
**Pricing listed is for 1 month of coaching. Minimum of 3 months recommended to achieve results. Program will auto renew on a monthly bases.
