12+ week coaching deep dive that does more than teach you the “rules” of eating better. This intensive coaching program will help you gain the physical and emotional skills, the nutrition knowledge, and the confidence you need to finally feel in control and on your true path to food freedom.

STEP ONE

Pre-Coaching Questionnaire

You’ll fill out a personal health history questionnaire via a secure online portal so that I am well-informed of your past and present physical, mental, and overall wellness. No time wasted!

STEP 2

Kickoff Session

During your first coaching session we’ll work together to review your health journey, identify your strengths, assess the obstacles that have popped up previously, and set goals. At the end of the first session we’ll get started right away with creating action-based, behavioral goals to work on until our next meeting. I’ll provide you with the resources, tools, and education you need to reach your goals.

STEP THREE

Follow Up/Skill Building Sessions

We will review your goals, explore the challenges you faced, create new opportunities to progress and build on your strengths. You’ll have the opportunity to discuss any topic you’d like. We’ll finish the session by setting new goals for your next meeting.
