What’s Boot Camp all about?
This 4-weeks-to-fit boot camp style program is designed to push your boundaries, keep you motivated and get results. Boot Camp is designed for small groups - energy levels are high, workouts are heart-pumping and coaching is individualized.
Here’s what you get when you sign up:
- 2, push-your-limits boot camp Training Sessions per week, at the the Studio in Sugarbush Village
- A variety of circuit workouts to do at home to keep your body in build and burn mode
- Weekly, actionable nutrition focuses to support your workouts and accelerate your progress
- Sample, healthy, carb-cycling meal plan to rev your metabolism, burn fat and build muscle
- Private Facebook group for daily motivation, accountability, challenge check-ins and FAQ
- The chance to complete challenges to win prizes

The Results
It doesn’t matter if you’re a well-conditioned exerciser or your haven’t worked out in 2 years…this program will push you get results. If you follow this program with dedication to the workouts (push yourself!), and nutrition, you WILL see results. With this program you CAN:

How it Works
Day 1: take initial measurements and photos (you’ll get a Welcome Packet explaining this in detail). These measurements give you a big-picture idea of just how much change you can achieve in 4 weeks!
Day 30: we will take final progress measurements, tally challenge points and look to your fitness future!

At-Home Workouts: don’t think of these as optional! These are an integral part of the program and your progress. Target specific body parts or muscle groups that you want to particularly focus on toning. *You will earn Challenge points by checking in on the Facebook group for these workouts.
Every Monday, I will send you an e-mail detailing that weeks actionable, nutrition focuses. These nutrition focuses will help you burn fat while maintaining (and even building muscle), to keep your metabolism revving and make the most out of boot camp.
I’ll be checking in on the Facebook page 1-2 times daily to answer questions, offer motivation and advice and keep you pumped to stay accountable!
The Challenge - Compete for Prizes
Because it’s not fun unless it’s a competition…just kidding it’s not kidding unless you can get prizes…just kidding it’s fun but all of that is involved here too…
Through out the 4-week competition you will have the chance to earn points for prizes. The person with the most points at the end of the Boot Camp will win a fitness and health related prize.
Earn points by:
- Checking-in on Facebook for at-home workouts completed (1 point per day)
- Coming to an extra class or crushing a big workout of your own outside of the gym (1 point)
- Win an in-studio Challenge (i.e. the plank challenge, the squat challenge, etc) (1 points per win)
