When you feel that drive to live a fitter, healthier and ultimately happier life, it’s hard to ignore. Everyone deserves the opportunity to find a space and a community where they can thrive - physically and mentally. My goal with my Studio in Sugarbush Village is to offer just that: a healthy, happy space where you can come to be laugh, work and grow. Fitness Studio Packages + Pricing
Classes are limited in size for two reasons: available space and high quality coaching. In order to provide the kind of quality, individual coaching I think every person deserves, classes will be capped at 6-8 people, depending on the workout. Find a variety of membership options below to fit your schedule and budget.
I offer 30-minute and 50-minute small group classes, as well as monthly, 4-week total Body Boot Camps and personal training.
8-Class Package - $99
12-Class Package - $147
Drop-In (50-minute class) - $15
Drop-In (30-minute class) - $7
Unlimited Classes (auto-renewal) - $199/month
The Combo - 6 classes and 2 personal training sessions a month - $180
Scheduling ahead of time is encouraged - please confirm participation at least 24 hours in advance if possible. If space is available, drop ins are welcome!
Studio Class Descriptions
TABATA BURN
Style: High-intensity cardio
30-minute high-intensity, high-energy class designed to push your limits and get your heart pumping to burn fat and increase EPOC (Excess Post-Exercise Oxygen Consumption). Tabta Burn is a turbo-charged workout that mixes intervals of strength and cardio to maximize your results.
BUILD
Style: Weights
50-minute, total body strength training workout that emphasizes building muscle and strength. If you’re looking to maximize your heart-rate pump, this isn’t the class for you. If’ you’re looking to get stronger and build muscle, whether you are a novice or advanced lifter, this class is for you.
CORE CONDITIONING
Style: Core + Cardio
50-minute class split between heart-pumping cardio circuits and focused core training. This class is about more than building your 6-pack (though you might get that side effect). Your core is the vital ingredient for functional fitness and strength.
METABOLIC CONDITIONING
Style: Cardio + Strength
50-minute class designed to increase both aerobic and anaerobic performance and capacity. Workouts move systematically through interval sets to train different energy and muscle systems in the body to be more efficient and perform at peak levels.
STRONG
Style: Strength
50-minute class designed to build maximal strength and power. The goal: rapid strength gain and total body training. This class fully complements the intensity of most other Studio classes. Consider STRONG small-group personal training rather than a fitness class.
