Banana Baked Oats

- 3/4 cup steel cut oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
- 1 egg beaten
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup maplesyrup
- 1-2 bananas sliced
Preheat oven to 375°. Spray an 8x8 baking pan.
In a medium bowl combine oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add almond milk, beaten egg, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix well.
ransfer to baking dish. Top with banana slices. Bake 50-55 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
