Banana Baked Oats

Ingredients
  

  • 3/4 cup steel cut oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 2 cups unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 egg beaten
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/4 cup maplesyrup
  • 1-2 bananas sliced

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 375°. Spray an 8x8 baking pan.
  • In a medium bowl combine oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon. Add almond milk, beaten egg, vanilla and maple syrup. Mix well.
  • ransfer to baking dish. Top with banana slices. Bake 50-55 minutes until set. Allow to cool completely in the pan.
