Hi, I’m Julia. I’m a certified personal trainer and the owner of Julia Hale Fitness. I work with women of all ages, teaching them how to use exercise and healthy eating to reach their body goals and feel confident about themselves.
I believe that being strong and healthy can change your life, because it changed mine.
I grew up an athlete, always at the gym or on the volleyball court. When I left for college, I lost my sense of self and the confidence I had gained throughout my adolescence. I spiraled out of control, and ended up battling anorexia for years during school.
I know what it’s like to not be comfortable in your own skin. To want something more, but not know how to get it. I know what it’s like to have body image issues take up a big portion of your life.
And I know what it’s like to gain all of that back.
That’s my mission with Julia Hale Fitness: help women be as fit and strong as they want to be, teach them to do it the healthy way, help them reach their goals and find that confidence in knowing how beautiful they are in the body they’ve worked hard for. I want to teach women what a guilt-free, healthy life can feel like.
I’ll help you find a workout that you enjoy. I’ll teach you how to make healthy eating easy and delicious. I’ll give you the strategies that I use to stay mentally and physically healthy and happy. Basically, I’ll work with you to come up with a long-term plan that will help you get fit now and stay healthy for a long time to come.
I’m a certified Personal Trainer (NASM), and Fitness Nutrition Specialist (ISSA), with a specialty in fat loss exercise.
